FROM THE EDITORS DESK
Welcome to the February 2004 issue of The Pentashield.
This month we have two feature articles viz:
An article by Gerard Rivet, regarding his visit to the Queensland Mopar Show.
An article by the Editor on actual Fuel Consumption under various driving conditions whilst returning from Perth to Sydney.
Together with the Committee Member reports, and the Minutes for the
previous meeting, we have some light relief scattered throughout the
magazine. Additionally I have included some rare photos of cars that
were found during research for a future article. I wonder how many Club
Members would have recognised these models!
I am pleased to report that we have received another Letter to
the Editor. This is published on the next page. I have passed on this
letter to the Club President who has undertaken to provide a reply in
the next issue.
I apologise for the late issue of this magazine in February.
It is very difficult to prepare a publication whilst driving across
Australia. I believe the next issue should be available at the time of
the Club Meeting in April.
