October 2003 PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 01 October 2003
Hi Mopar Lovers,

First off I would like to thank you all for your continued support of me for the position of president of your club. This year will be my tenth year in this position and I still enjoy doing the job, even if things are really busy at the moment. My second thanks go to all the members of the CAVOA committee past and present, who have been of great help in keeping this club going during the last ten years. It is good to have such a hard working team that are devoted to the club and don’t mind giving up time and effort to assist.

Of late things have been extremely hectic for both Junior and me because, as most of you know, we recently launched a new web-site (swapmeetonline.com.au). With the continuing work being done on moparmarket.com, always gluttons for punishment, we have now opened a new parts and restoration service aimed directly at the mopar enthusiast. This enterprise is called Pentastar Parts and Restorations and is already proving to be popular and all signs appear to be very positive. The location of this enterprise is unit 1C/ 7 Lyn parade, Hoxton Park, Ph 96088888. If we can assist you please give us a call.

The next major event is All Chrysler day and the club has been allocated 30 positions so there should be no trouble with parking for our members. Make sure you come along and check out all the fine cars on display.

Would any members who are attending Summernats this year as an entrant camper please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange club camping sites.

That is all for this time.

See you at the ACD.

Ray
